Casa Oliva is imagined as the kind of neighbourhood brasserie you return to for a favourite dish and discover again through the seasons. Lunch is easy-going, the aperitif comes with something to nibble, and dinner leaves room for conversation.
The Mediterranean, without borders
Our inspiration travels from Spanish market stalls to Italian family tables: ripe tomatoes, good olive oil, pulses, herbs and whatever is at its best. We grill, roast and simmer, keeping the main ingredient at the heart of the plate.
Food is better together
Start with plates for the middle of the table. Follow with fish, slow-cooked meat or a vegetable dish with just as much attention. Finish with a dessert and another story. That is our idea of a good evening.
